I carve spoons and other wooden kitchen tools from green wood. Carving spoons is part of the Sloyd tradition in Scandinavian countries. This my attempt to make something useful and beautiful totally by hand from easily sourced materials. The wood I use would otherwise go to the land fill or be used for fire wood. So why not make something nice!
