A project where the user can drive a real Ferrari Italia 458 car (toy car) using hand gestures. I would like to have a single maker booth for both projects. Users can wear a Google Cardboard virtual reality (VR) headset and view the car’s camera up close thru the VR headset. And camera direction (pan/tilt) can be controlled by user’s head movements. Also, there will be a toy gun (made of LEGO technic blocks) mounted on the car and users can shoot the targets by performing a gun shoot gesture in front of the gesture camera. Also, the targets will be highlighted using augmented reality while viewing the camera from VR headset.
