Project Music Connector explores the connection between science and music, especially the ways in which technology can allow people without music background to play music, while using music-making as a tool to teach people about technology. We will present the GePS (Gesture-based Performance System), a data glove designed by Cedric Spindler and Frederic Robinson that maps gestures to sounds, which allows the wearer to create sounds based on their arm motions.
