Ooweey Gooey

Who doesn’t like to get their hands full of putty every once in a while? As 10th and 11th grade students attending Drew Senior Academy in the IDC (Innovation and Design in the Community) Engineering class, we have partnered with first graders to come up with a fresh and fun activity for young minds. The “Ooweey Gooey” is a hands on activity for kids to make their own putty. This project gets the creativity and instructional part of the brain flowing. Accepting us into the MakerFaire means you’ll have a kid-friendly booth that will attract kids and get them excited about being able to make their own unique creation. What kind of kid doesn’t want glob of gooey goodness they get to shape and play with for as long as their hearts desire.
